This purchase was just okay for me. Basically, the product delivers what was promised, so it's possible I set my expectations too high. That is why I gave it 3 stars instead of 2. But I was (and still am) very much on the verge of giving it 2 stars instead. You get the following:1. A folder that isn't of particularly thick stock. I doubt it will stand up to much gaming table abuse. It has some basic information along the inside bottom flaps that is more geared to newer players, listing the various things your character can do on its turn. For newcomers to the game, this seems like an excellent resource. For veterans, it would never get used. I would have liked the see the folder built tougher. The cover art on the folder, however, is really attractive, particularly the skulls and roses motif along the bottom.2. Four copies of the default 5e character sheet, double sided. The paper stock feels maybe just a tiny bit heavier than standard copy paper (all of the character sheets are on this same bond, so I won't repeat the description below). You can download this exact character sheet for free from the Wizards of the Coast website.3. Four double-sided copies of a slightly modified 5e character sheet that gets rid of the Personality Traits, Ideals, Bonds, and Flaws, and uses that real estate to expand the box for Features & Traits. If you play in a game where those background traits are not used, then this is actually a pretty decent version of the character sheet. Personally, I love the background traits, so I won't be making use of this sheet.4. Four double-sided copies of yet another slightly modified 5e character sheet. This iteration keeps the background traits. It groups all of the skills together in subsections next to their associated ability score. The sheet also trims away some space from Features & Traits to expand the equipment section. I think Features & Traits is an important enough section that losing some of its valuable real estate for equipment is not an ideal move. This character sheet can be downloaded for free from the Wizards of the Coast website. It is called "Character Sheet - Alternative."5. Four single-sided copies of the spell page of the standard 5e character sheet. This can be downloaded for free from the Wizards of the Coast website.6. Eight single-sided copies of a simplified 5e character sheet intended for use with brand-new players. I do not like this character sheet at all. It uses two very huge pieces of real estate for "Things You Should Do" and "Thinks You Shouldn't Do." But, I will admit that this might be a solid sheet for someone brand new to roleplaying games. So I grudgingly give this sheet about a C+ grade.All in all, I'm a bit disappointed, especially for a $9.95 product. It's basically a cheap (but attractive) folder and a bunch of character sheets, most of which you can download for free from Wizards of the Coast themselves. I would have liked to see something more akin to the old school AD&D character portfolios, in which you could write huge amounts of information on your character's backgrounds, deeds, last will & testament, companions, enemies, etc. With the Amazon pre-order price guarantee, I got this product for $6.01. I think I paid about the maximum I think this product is worth.

Comes in a sturdy, beautiful folder. The inside of the folder has information on what a player can do on their turn, along with a space to write your name. Contains several copies of multiple versions of D&D character sheets. There are about 20 total character sheets, along with several spell sheets. Two of the variants of character sheets are what you can find online for free on the Wizards of the Coast website, but the third variant isn't available online as far as I can tell. This new version is a much more bare-bones character sheet, which is much less intimidating to new players, while it is helpful to experienced players who want to fill out a character sheet in record time.This item is exactly what it claims to be, and if you want a really nice folder for D&D, along with a new style of character sheets, it might be worth checking out. I think this serves as a nice product for people who don't have access to a printer.That being said, I think the price of $10 is too high for this product. Ultimately, it's about 24 sheets of paper with a fairly nice folder. The folder's quality by itself isn't nice enough to merit the cost in my opinion, and I think a better price point would be in the neighborhood of $5 to $7. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars rather than 5.

All I have to say is "I can't believe I paid $10 for this". Literally if you have access to a printer, don't buy this. It is just the D&D character sheets printed out on normal printer paper, stuck in a flimsy folder. I didn't know what I was expecting with this product, but for $10 I was expecting something more than something I could produce for less than 10 cents with a normal printer.

I really liked this product. I've tried printing character sheets and spell lists before but couldn't figure out the formatting. I really like the fact that you get different styles of character sheets. Once you get this, you can always make copies.When people complain about the quality of the folder and sheets themselves, I don't get it. The folder is standard quality and the sheets are slightly thicker than average paper. There is a lot you get for ten dollars, so I think it's worth it!

I will have to agree with one of the reviews from a previous post that I didn't really see a difference between the two brothers in their journal writing. They both felt the same as I was hoping for more personality distinctions. One of the brothers is more artistic as he wants to be a film maker as the other is more interested in the technical or scientific side. There were slight mentioning of their interests but it kept throwing me off as one brother kept referring to the other as "kid". Not a very brotherly term in my opinion. However, the story was mildly entertaining but also slightly unbelievable. Not to give too much of the story away but as they, the brothers, are loosely based on real life people, I found it hard to swallow that they would have faced a poacher that had drawn a gun on them. The drama was a little forced like they HAD to have something life-threating happen to them. I thought the illness of one of the brothers from their brief traveling a lot more believable then two young boys having to face down a criminal. All in all, I did enjoy the read but hope that the next books in the series develop the characterizations of the brothers a lot more through their choice of words and how each perceive their surroundings.

I saw them mentioned on a blog I follow and decided to try a couple. I'm so glad I took a chance on them! The dad is an artist, the mom is a flight attendant, and the family travels to all sorts of interesting places having dangerous and exciting adventures. We're actually in the middle of Great Bear Rainforest right now. I'm planning to keep an eye out for more of these great books!

It was written with wonderful humor and insight into children's minds and behavior.It was inspirational, exemplifying solid values for inner growth, curiosity for inner learning and outer exploration.It encouraged caring within the family and community.There was a heartfelt emphasis to explore,honor and preserve Nature.I can easily envision children wanting to emulate Gannon and Wyatt as they read this book and feel inspired!,I strongly recommend this book. I recently added three of these titles to our school library. Our fifth grade boys are passing them around enthusiastically. It's a great series that models family values, integrity, and ethics, and teaches the reader about geography and natural sciences while providing enjoyable adventures. I look forward to new titles to buy for our students!

we traveled to Botswana a few years ago with our family and reading this book was exactly similar to the trip we took, the little planes and all. I really enjoyed this book as it brought back such good memories. Botswana is the best safari in all of Africa.

I give this book 5 stars! I loved the way each boy is keeping a journal showing different perspectives about the same adventure. My students loved reading the adventure the boys had while learning fascinating facts about the country. The real photographs make the story that much more meaningful and exciting. My students couldn't wait to read the next Gannon & Wyatt adventure.

This book is one of my favorite books.Ever. Which is saying something. Okay,many not as awe striking as The Lord of the Rings,or Harry Potter but still amazing. They are coming out with more but are ridiculously over priced on the kindle

When I downloaded this book I wasn't aware that it was written for pre-teen and early teen readers. It is an interesting story for that age group and has a good bit of excitement to keep one interested and engaged to read to the end.

This recipe book bundle is a great deal- you get A LOT of recipes for all different types of meals, from breakfast to dinner, plus smoothies, snacks, and desserts. Marta makes a point to try to keep things easy to prepare for busy people. This is a great book to have on hand as a staple for vegan alkaline food. As with almost every e-book there are one or two typographical errors mixed in, but it is nothing that would take away from the awesome and healthy recipes and information in the books. I am actually really excited to try more of these recipes; it will take a long time to get through all of them!

I highly recommend this book and collection of recipes for those wanting to take charge of their health by mindfully balancing what they eat. The instruction about how to make your system more alkaline is simple and down to earth. You are encouraged to find and do what works for you in adapting to this way of eating. It is a way of life that is so helpful when you follow it, you can avoid having to take medication for various ailments by learning what causes inflammation in the body and avoiding it. The books are well organized and divided into meals and ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner. She challenges you to break out of your routine and make gradual changes so you can stick with it and reward yourself for your progress. There is a lot of information about what to eat and why it works. You will feel inspired and empowered to become your own dietary coach with Marta's wise guidance. Very disappointed. I was hoping for a cookbook...with emphasis on cooking. So many of the recipes were simply combining raw ingredients. While raw food is healthy, I was hoping to get some ideas for hearty dinners using alkalizing foods. The bulk of the recipes were breakfast. I haven't read every single recipe in the book yet, but so far I haven't found any that I even care to try.

Marta, the author, makes her books easy to read and understand. Her ideas are easy to follow and she makes the more technical concepts clear to the uninitiated. I have several of her books and have recommended them to friends.

Very helpful and easy to understand. Really great recipes.Nice that there are hints and suggestions all through to help me be successful.

I absolutely LOVED this bundle. It offers simple recipes that anyone can follow and everyone will enjoy. It is a great addition to anyone's kitchen. The Veggie Paella was AMAZING. I can't wait to try other recipes. My only recommendation would be to add visuals. Some recipes sound really interesting and I'd love to see a picture of them before making it.
